Our DUI programs provide the education and support needed to fulfill court requirements and develop the skills to prevent future incidents of impaired driving and make the roads safer for all. We offer programs of varying lengths based on your specific situation, including blood alcohol content (BAC) at time of arrest and previous offenses.

Enrollment process

Non-refundable deposit of $250 at the time of intake for all programs. Deposit covers the intake fee and the first month’s payment.

All fees are based on the total number of services received.

What program do I need?
  • Program requirements are determined by the DMV based on information received from the courts following conviction of a DUI. 
  • If your DUI has been several years ago, you can verify program requirements by calling DMV Mandatory actions at (916)-657-6525.
Are you licensed in CA?

Yes, we are licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services #09-005-01-120.

When are groups?
  • Groups are scheduled Monday - Thursdays from 11:00am - 7:00pm.
    • Education Groups (2 hours) are held Tuesdays at 11:00am and 5:30pm
    • First Offender Process Groups (1.5 hours) are held Thursdays at 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 5:30pm.
    • Multiple Offender Process Groups (1.5 hours) are held Wednesdays at 11:00am and 5:30pm.
  • Groups are assigned at time of intake and participants are required to attend the same group each week for the duration of the program.
Can I do a program online?
  • California has historically not licensed or allowed online programs. Since COVID 19 Pandemic, the DHCS has allowed licensed programs to provide live virtual services with approval from the DHCS to ensure compliance with all current regulations.
  • All participants must enroll in a DUI program in the county they currently reside or the county your received your DUI.
    • There are currently no DUI programs approved by the DHCS for live virtual services in El Dorado County.
What if I got my DUI in a different state?
  • California DMV requires completion of a licensed CA DUI program to reinstate licenses suspended to a DUI in another state. 
  • If the CA DMV does not have record of your DUI conviction, you will need to provide paperwork from the state you were convicted of the DUI to ensure CA DUI Programs meet all requirements for court. 
What should I bring to my intake?
  • Government Issued ID (DL or ID card preferred)
  • DMV driving record or notification letters of license suspension from DUI. 
  • Court documents - release paperwork, conviction paperwork
  • $250 cash, check, debit, or credit
How much does it cost?
  • 3mo - Total cost $1,020 (Deposit & 2 payments $385)
  • 9mo - Total cost $2,060 (Deposit & 8 payments of $226.25)
  • 18mo - Total cost $2,710 (Deposit & 12 months of $205)

What if I don’t complete the program?
  • Participants are considered non-compliant if they do not attend a group or face-to-face services for 21 calendar days without an approved leave of absence. The DMV is notified of a participant being non-compliant and your license can be resuspended until completion of a program. Participants in this situation must re-enroll in services.
  • Participants who have not completed the program have 2 years from the date of discharge to re-enroll and complete their program. After 2 years, participants can no longer be reinstated and must restart their program.
