Our History
Mountain High Recovery Center was founded as a non-profit organization in August 2019 by two South Lake Tahoe community members, Allison Hibbard and Cristie Tibbetts. With experience as substance use counselors, Allison and Cristie saw the growing need for quality services within our community and opened our first program, DUI Services in October 2021.
